I have been working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist for nearly 20 years. In 2016 I took over Onerahi Physiotherapy. I have a special interest in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy & biomechanics and treat musculoskeletal conditions. I like to really get to the source of the problem.
In 2022/2023 I completed the Bradcliff Breathing Method courses which enables me to effectively treat clients with breathing dysfunction. Exercise prescription is an important part of my treatment approach, which is key for both recovery from injury as well as injury prevention. I also provide regular hospital level physiotherapy services for strokes and aged care at a rest home. I am a qualified trainer of Manual Handling. I love my work in the Onerahi community, with lots of familiar and new faces coming through our doors. It is always rewarding to help people get back on their feet again.
